Barre Hirale “The Jubba regions are in the hands of the Kenyan government.
The politician Bare Adan Shire Hirale has said that the control of the Kismayu town of the Jubbas’ regions are currently in the hands of the Government of Kenya.
Barre added that this period of time Kismayu and several other locations are being kept toghther by the Kenyan defence forces and the forces of the Somali governement and few districts there are controlled by the Al-Shabab.
He said that the government of Somalia is needed that the Jubba’s affairs be discussed with the Kenyan government so that they could bring changes over the current matters,Barre Hirale indicated that the government be at one time removed from Kismayu and the environ area, no kne knows what Barre Hirale means of this speech.
He has called all the tribes in the province of the Jubbas to work out how they could possess their districts which he said that they are in the hands of the Kenyan governmentand at the same time implement the semi autonomous system for called the Jubbaland State.
